Afassco is proud to now offer Celox.  This is a revolutionary blood clotting agent that works to stop bleeding in all types of wounds from minor cuts to deep punctures and lacerations.  The Celox powder is simply poured onto a wound, forming a gel-like clot as it binds to the surface of the red blood cells.

You may be familiar with similar products already on the market such as QR or Quikclot.  These products actually create a heat transfer causing a chemical burn on the victim.  Celox does not cause this reaction -- there is no chemical heat transfer as inother products.  Celox also works on any type of blood, even that containing anticoagulation medications or blood thinners such as Coumadin or Heparin.
